I just bought a 2022 Tesla Model 3 from Tyler at this location. Great personality and stayed late due to last minute things from a trade in on my old car. Very personable and quirky dude. Thank you for not being a robot kind of sales guy. Tyler K. was transparent during the process of financing a new car.

Had an outstanding experience with Tyler Koens at Buerkle Acura. It was my first time buying a new car from a dealership and he made the whole thing very smooth. Wasn't too aggressive or pushy like some dealers can get. I told him exactly what model, trim, and color combo I wanted and held out until it arrived. We had been communicating for a while before the transaction took place. He asked me if the one I'm looking for came along, would it be okay to contact me if I was still interested. I said yes. And not too long after, I received a text from Tyler letting me know they had the exact car I wanted. I had no reason to say no. His knowledge of the vehicle made me very confident I went to the right guy. He even helped me set up all the settings to my specific driving preferences before driving off, and assisted me in taking photos and videos of me in the car at the end, which in my opinion, is above and beyond customer service. I am very happy with my experience and my purchase and would highly recommend him.

Both the sale rep and the business manager were really help and quick. There is no such things as and going into a dealer and getting out within a hour.
