The general manager made things right. I’m very pleased with the integrity of the service department. I purchased a used $65,000 3500HD and it ended up having issues. It’s rare to find a dealer that will take care of the issues after the first month on a used truck, with no service agreement it doesn’t happen! These guys and the general manager made things right!
