2020 Acura MDX w/Technology Package

I had the pleasure of working with David Rodriguez. I was able to get up front pricing, he worked hard to get me the best price possible and made everything run smooth. I was driving over 4 hours to get this vehicle and David made my time at the dealership as short as possible so I could get back on the road. When I’m in the market for another vehicle I will surely check to see if they have it just to work with this dealership again. OH!!! And they even came and picked me up from the rental car place. AMAZING SERVICE ALL AROUND.

I bought a vehicle at their Kerman location and had a great buying experience. I was in and out within a couple hours and that was with 2 trade-ins. Aaron, was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. One issue later arose in the trade-in process that was giving me a headache and I wasn’t able to get any direct answers at the Kerman office. I contacted the Madera office and spoke with the manager, John Dorn. He took care of the matter within a few minutes. His professionalism, understanding, and friendliness really set my mind at ease. Went above & beyond with his excellent customer service... gave me a great deal on a cadillac and a very pleasant experience with buying it.
