I had a great experience at this dealership as I just bought a brand new 24’ Big horn and they worked with me perfectly and got the payment to where I want. Recently went to Westgate Dodge and was happily greeted by a guy named Ron. Our experience from start to finish was amazing. He was professional, attentive, personable, and responsive, and worked to get us exactly what we wanted. The dealership did not have our “unicorn”, but he made it happen with a trade, and within two days we drove off in the truck that ticked all of our boxes. The amount of time he spent with us even coming in on his day off to broker the deal and make sure we were happy, to the amount of messages and calls that were sent back and forth to make sure we were comfortable. The customer service we received truly went above and beyond, and I highly recommend asking for him when you go to this dealership. As a small business owner myself I quickly recognized many attributes about him that will take him very far in life. They are very lucky to have such a hard-working employee.
