Great Volkswagen Team! My Salesman Derek and Anthony were the best! They delivered on their promise and were very detailed on the product! I didn’t think I would go fully electric but Derek sold me on the ID. 4 and I love the car! Nothing but compliments everywhere I go. Sammer and Samer were great! They Went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and happy with my purchase. This is a great team! This is my second vehicle from this dealership and I’ll definitely be back! Thanks again Derek and Anthony! Appreciate you guys !!! Have a great day!
Anthony and Brian were great! They provided options that I didn’t realize were available. Well informed and no pressure. If I can work with them again, I’ll be back for all future purchases!
Overall good service, very hospitable. Only downside is price gouging. They gave me a quote for $800 to fix 3 brake lights and replace both air filters and both belts. I was able to do it for less than $200 in 2 hours. I understand the price of labor but labor should not be $300/hr.
