Oh where do I start…. The past 24 hours has been the most exhilarating and exciting experience. While looking for cars and deciding what to do with your vehicle can sometimes be difficult… this team made sure I experienced nothing but ease. My experience was nothing short than incredible. I have been leasing from Acura for the past 3 years. I came to a decision to trade in my car and upgrade to a newer lease. Not only was the process efficient and extraordinary, but it was easy, professional, quick, and extremely organized. Often times you spend entire days just sitting in a dealership but while I was going through my whole process, not only did they make sure they were able to get it all done quickly, but they also made sure to accommodate me with anything to my liking that would best fit for me…as well as great conversations, laughs, and bonding experience. After my dad’s truck was taken out in our front yard by a drunk driver Auto Nation Acura got my dad into a newer with less miles ram. Worked with him and made the process painless with the little he had down. Really appreciate Kelly he is a great salesman. The finance manager was nothing short of amazing he did wonders and made sure my dad got an awesome warranty. They wanted the 68 GS400 but we drove both home ????????????
