2018 Acura MDX SH-AWD

5 star service from beginning to end! Naveen was a solid guy to work with. I didn’t feel pressured, he was super patient with me to get the truck I wanted. The general sales manger Danny also really went to work for me as well to do what it took to get the deal done, super nice guy! David is finance was amazing as well making sure there were no issues with the finance aspect and was able to speak with Toyota financial to make sure I got the best rate. From beginning to end the whole team at Round Rock Toyota was absolutely amazing! The customer service and hospitality was 5 stars all the way to the end! They will continue to get business for years to come!

Mr. Mario, and Vinh do it again! I came back and bought a Toyota 4Runner. The amount of customer service I feel at Toyota is insane. I don’t feel pressured into buying a vehicle that isn’t for me. I forgot to mention Mario in my last review not because he wasn’t spectacular but because I am terrible with names (sorry Mario). My last trip there, Mario made sure my kids were fed , we had been there all day looking at cars and we were waiting on finance once we picked the perfect car. Also I don’t know if all dealers do it but Toyota has a $500 military rebate which I thought was super cool. Again I went in for a truck but decide the 4Runner was more me my mom even commented how the 4Runner fits me lol Anyway, I still highly recommend working with Vinh and Mario as I went back a second time in a weeks period to purchase another vehicle. Way to go guys! Keep up the good work!

Was given a deal so wild I had no choice but to take it! My salesman Joshua was extremely professional and friendly. Joshua was extremely knowledgeable about the product and was patient throughout my difficult financial situation. He put my thoughts to rest by being understanding and respectful and helped me get into a car I definitely did not expect to be driving home with that day! Round Rock Toyota has given me a second chance at life and to help me get back on financial track to help me through what was a very tough situation.
