2019 Acura MDX SH-AWD w/Technology Package

?????????? Five Stars for the amazing emergency service that we encountered. Our 2020 MDX A-Spec ???????? ????? had an electrical problem. The service department immediately took our vehicle in and we were comfortable seated in their showroom. They diagnosed it as a defective battery, and under our warranty was immediately replaced. We also got a scheduled maintenance check and they returned our car washed with that new car smell! Our wait was very comfortable in their service area, providing us with warm Starbucks coffee ?? and tea and delicious small ???? sandwiches. We like to give a shout to Nancy Yousif (Director of Media for Jenkins Motors), Sean Nichols (New Car Sales Manager) who treated us like family. We will be returning to buy a new car from them. “Always the best service here at Jenkins Acura! WOW!! The video service of the technician reviewing the work today was amazing! The technology you are sharing is quite fascinating and informative. As a consumer, I never think about what's under the cabin. I enjoyed the entire process.
