Service is exceptional...the best I've had...however, you guys prices are ( I hate to use the word outrageous) but 400 dollars for an oil change? Nevertheless I admit you're good, kind, friendly and very professional. Do not believe the audi i purchase was gone over with your 140 point inspection service since I found a completed birds nest in the air filter box doing my own inspection of the car.
