The entire team at Iron Oak was great. I first dealt with Chris and he was super helpful. I then worked with Audrey who helped us with looking at the vehicles and our test drive. She was super knowledgable and so easy to work with. Jim in finance was also the best and quick! One of the owners, Leo, came out and spoke to us and had a conversation. Not very often one of the owners does that! Easiest car buying experience we have had so far. We will definitely return here. Go see the team at Iron Oak!

Audrey was absolutely amazing to work with! She has the perfect personality and sales ethic for the job and I would absolutely purchase another car from her! She was easy to talk to and relate to and that was important to my husband and I when we began our search for a new vehicle. She didn’t try to sell us on something that we didn’t like and/or want and that was a blessing. So many other salespeople out there try to do that and it makes the car buying experience stressful. Purchased a used 2017 Silverado 1500 from Iron Oak little over a week ago now. My sales person was Kim and she was great to work with. Very communicative and upfront. Transaction was a breeze and truck was fully detailed and spotless when I left. The next day the compressor on the A/C was not working thus it was not blowing cold air but I called them and they were able to schedule a service that same week and they had it fixed free of charge. I think with the cold weather it was just never noticed and definitely not them trying to hide something. Super happy with everything and highly recommend Iron Oak!
