Herb Chabers once again proved to be the very best Toyota dealership in Boston for us. We had an outstanding experience when we purchased our vehicle last year. Special thanks to Adam, Ted, Chris and all the folks there who exceeded our expectations. Likewise, our first service was just as pleasant. Dan, the service manager, personally assisted us with a couple questions and we're so grateful for his attention and expertise. For the service, we waited comfortablely and enjoyed free WiFi and refreshments. What impressed us most was a video we received via our phones, from Manuel, our service technician. He personally narrated and showed us what was done and the status of the most critical service items. This was phenomenol as we'd never experienced this before from any other dealership. It gave us confidence in the thoroughness and quality of the work done. Needless to say, the Herb Chambers team does an exceptional job and we'll continue to be customers. Highly recommended!

Day before driving home from Boston, our Sienna created a whirring noise so we were first in line at the Toyota service the next day where the mechanic videoed his explanation of the low pressure line leak of the power steering fluid and spoke to me in person, helping me to decide to buy a couple quarts of fluid and replenish on our drive home to Canada. A big thank you for your personal attention as we made it back fine!
