The best experience I had in a dealership, Luis Sencion greeted with a smile and great attitude I told him I was stuck in traffic and right away offered water or coffee he was very professional and easy to talk to I did not feel rush, dragging taking their time or pressured. Ruben and Roberto also came in to say hello and welcome me. During the process we all talked and laugh for a bit great vibes felt natural real people talking and getting to know each other and your vehicle. Took my Acura in to the dealership in Cerritos due to a recall. The service I received was the best. My advisor, Jerry Carranza, was great and very helpful and friendly. I was given a loaner until my car was taken care of. The young woman who helped me with my loaner (car) was awesome. I highly recommend Cerritos Acura!

This is my second buy with Cerritos Acura and not my last. David was my salesman but the entire staff was knowledgeable, straight forward and respectful. They always show me what I ask to see and respect my time but not pushing thing that I'm not interested in. I'll be back.
