Took both my cars in for recalls. Great service. Nice chill lounge area. Staff cool AF and super professional. They have coffee and snacks for people waiting and tempting cars to buy. Every time I take my car in they was it for you from the outside. It stays a bit wet but nothing the wind can't dry. Super satisfied every time I've gone there.

The boys here are always great in particular Manny that retired ! But after him Brad has been a big help as well as my other go to that is Roger these men are ???????? great ! Much appreciate this dealership thank you boys for MANY MANY years of EXCEPTIONAL service a lil pricey but always try to help ????????

I have been a customer of Glendale Acura for 5+ years and am an 11 out of 10 satisfied customer. In a city notorious for awful customer service, Acura of Glendale is a beacon. As a single mom and someone without local family, being able to trust the service department with my two Acuras has been invaluable. They've even assisted me in a pinch with a few quick fixes, and performed them complimentary, such as replacing an inexpensive fuse to my speakers today, or tying up the undercarriage cover when it fell off (this is my 2010 Acura TSX). Because Acuras are the best vehicles in every respect, the service department is very reliable and trustworthy, and when I was in the market, it was easy to choose Acura of Glendale as the location I would purchase my third Acura. About a month and a half after I purchased it, I popped my tire on the curb for the first time. Acura Care was a breeze to work with and towed my vehicle to the dealership early in the morning. By the time it opened, they had already repaired my tire and submitted a warranty claim - I was yet again amazed. Although I don't know them personally, they treat you how I imagine good family would treat you. They've exceeded my expectations in every respect, and I'm really thankful for the wonderful people that work there that have taken care of me and my family. My daughter, a new driver, even brought the car in once, and the representative helping her was so kind and patient to explain all that was needed to both of us and handled us with velvet gloves. Thank you for being a light in a world that could otherwise be challenging. Acura of Glendale's service department is THE BEST! Shout out to Rodger, Brad, and the many others that have assisted us year after year.
