2024 Acura MDX w/Technology Package

I’m from Jacksonville. I was fortunate to find the best deal for my 2023 Acura MDX SH AWD with technology, less than 3K package at Keys Acura of Gainesville. My brother in law was working in Atlanta at the time and negotiated with John. It was a smooth process. All I had to do was drive there and sign the paperwork. First, it starts with leadership. The Manager helped me get started while John was finishing up with another customer. John is very professional and pleasant. Also, I like that Keys Acura of Gainesville offer me to test drive the car for a week. I declined, because I wanted to drive my car still. Morgan Wedtrich was very helpful and fabulous too. First, she offered to show the use of my car. Then, she volunteered to drive my car to Jacksonville as I did not have another driver to help me. She volunteered and drove the car after her work day. She arrived within 90 minutes as stated. Her friend had to come with her in a separate car. In addition, Morgan continues to answers my questions and offer support even after the sale of the car. In the financial department, it was a straightforward process. In summary, I had a very positive experience in buying my Acura certified 2023 MDX that comes with a manufacturer guarantee of 6 years or 100,000 miles. I could use my warranty at any Acura dealership and would qualify for a loaner car too.
