Customer service: This’ll be the third vehicle I’ve ever purchased, however, the process was certainly the easiest and quickest. Both our Salesman, Ethan, as well as the Finance Manager, Gary, provided my husband and I with an incredibly smooth car buying experience. They were also patient and willing to help us reach a deal we were very satisfied with (not many dealerships do that today). Vehicle Inventory/Selection: We were in the market for a good used vehicle, and this dealership’s used inventory was extremely clean and well-maintained. I’ve visited car lots where that has not been the case, but it seems Crossroads INFINITI holds their used vehicles to a very high standard and are particular about keeping them well-maintained. Payment Process: Dealing with the finance manager was incredibly easy. The paperwork was much quicker than I had anticipated, and was explained in very clear terms. While Gary was willing to go over anything in detail, the documents were actually very legible, and it never felt like a maze. Overall: Car shopping in Wilmington, NC can be torture. Instead of having to weed through a multitude of them, I highly recommend stopping by Crossroads INFINITI. The people we dealt with were so polite and professional, and we never felt pushed towards anything at any point. From start to finish, it was a pleasant experience and very timely (we spent less than an hour for paperwork and all finalities to be concluded). Highly recommend!
UPDATE:(I’m still enjoying my car and it has received so many compliments on the great deal I received. I LOVE THIS CAR!!! I even accessorized ????????????… Thank you guys again…) As military traveling from oversees, I came home to find a reliable vehicle and what I found was far beyond my imagination. Great experience. Drove from Greenville and dropped off while I had a few appointments. Friendly, communicative and helpful. Had to get maintenance done on q50. Called me with updates and questions and walked through everything at the end. Great waiting area as well. Washed car after they were done. Very happy and will go again.
