I could not have had a better experience at Miami Acura. I reached out to them online regarding an Acura RDX and from the first interaction, to the last, I was treated with honesty and excellent customer service. Since I was an out of town buyer and I was flying into Miami to purchase the car, I needed to make sure everything about the vehicle was as advertised. My sales rep, Walien Guerra, sent me numerous pictures, shared the vehicle history, and spoke with me over the phone giving me a complete walk through of the vehicle. Walien even came to the dealership on his day off the close out the deal because the only day I could make it to Miami was on his day off! When it came to price, they worked with me and provided me the best possible deal. I shopped for over 2 months for the right vehicle at the right price and Miami Acura did not play any games and try and tack on additional fees that I had been exposed to at other dealerships.
