I used to have my cars repaired at a local car repair shop for years. The service was very good. Over time some of the managing personnel changed along with the repair staff. I noticed that things started to change. Then one day, I went out to my car, a 2015 Kia Forte', and the rear view mirror was hanging down on the dash board. So, I took my car in to have my mirror attached to the mount on the windshield. After 3 tries, the mirror would not stay attached. At that point, I decided to take my car to the Auto Park Kia dealership. What a difference!!!! That was 2 1/2 years ago. Not only is my mirror still attached to the windshield, my car is running so well. I see the same service agent each time I bring my car in. He knows me, and he knows my car. When I brought my car in on Monday, I told him that my front brakes felt a little squishy when I used them. In my mind, I was preparing to learn that I would need new brake pads, while my agent was checking his computer. He told me that my brake pads were probably fine, and he told me the level of my brake pads the last time I was in. He thought that my brake fluid was low. He was right. I could go on and on. The waiting area of this dealership's repair services is clean and comfortable. My service agent explains everything that my car needs and why it needs these services. I have two grandchildren that I drive to school in a nearby city everyday. The last thing I want is to have my car break down on the way to school or on the way home. Taking my car to Auto Park Kia for the services it needs gives me peace of mind. That's priceless!

We’re new customers after having a bad experience at another dealership. My experience when having my car serviced was exceptional from start to finish, everyone was pleasant and helpful and my car is doing great. It’s worth noting that Mark in the service department provided an experience second to none, his friendly demeanor, positive attitude, and get it done attitude were refreshing to interact with - I’m actually returning tomorrow for service on my wife’s vehicle and hopefully the trend will continue. ?? ?? ?? ?? ??

David we my sales rep . He was very professional kind and courteous. One of the best service techs I’ve had. He explained everything in detail and unfortunately my motor was blown and it was listed under a factory campaign. I’m so happy this was covered and they took care of their customers. This was truly a blessing and glad Kia takes care of its customers. Thanks David keep going great things . I appreciate your help and your outstanding customer service
