2023 Acura MDX SH-AWD A-Spec Package

Omar took great care of us. We drove 2 hours for a test drive. They had the keys ready and the car waiting for us when we got there. The staff was super friendly and pleasant to work with. Lots of good stories through the process without any pressure. Truly a luxury sales experience adding another Acura to our fleet.

Buying a car is really a tedious work, but our experience with Pohanka Acura was outstanding and stress free especially when working with Jason Smith, Shabaz and most especially with Yong Kim who gave us exceptional services. We only spent almost 4 hrs for the entire process which is very quick and efficient. No hard selling , very transparent and we obtained a fair price that we asked for our brand new car. We are indeed a grateful customer for this encounter.

I had the liberty to work Joshua Ruiz in the service department. He was very pleasant to work with and very quick at everything. I was very surprised. He went out of his way and gave me a loaner car to use instead of sitting there and wait for his to service the car. I definitely will be returning here for my next service and will always ask for him. Just a nice person. I wish everyone have this attitude, it sure make a difference for a company image.
