2024 Acura MDX SH-AWD w/Technology Package

This review is for Service Advisor Jake W. and Technician Ivan. From the moment I arrived, Jake greeted me right on time with a welcoming attitude and took the time to clearly explain the issues with my Jeep. He walked me through the service options, gave realistic time estimates, and made the whole process feel transparent and stress-free. Ivan did excellent work on my Jeep—it now drives so much smoother with the new battery, tires, and alignment. I could immediately feel the difference on the road, and it gave me peace of mind knowing the job was done right. I’m glad I chose to make the drive to this location. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, helpful, and genuinely friendly, which has not always been my experience at other shops. An added bonus is that the location is close to parks and the beach, so I was able to bring my dogs along and enjoy a walk while my car was being serviced. Overall, I highly recommend this service center. Thank you, Jake and Ivan, for going above and beyond!

Jake Winters was kind and very helpful in making my service process as easy as possible. He did a great job communicating with me the anticipated time that it would take to complete the service and called me once the service was complete. Everyone there was very kind and also they were able to schedule my recall appointment earlier than other service departments. I really enjoyed my experience. Thank you all so much.
