2023 Acura MDX SH-AWD w/Technology Package

I love the car I found at Dublin Honda, it was a perfect match between everything I need and everything I wanted. The sales person was fantastic, the whole process was fast and efficient, they even helped me get both cars to my house since I had driven there myself. I would love to give a 5 star review save two things. 1. It might be the nature of the beast but I felt the financing person was a bit shady in the way he explained or didn't explain some facts of the arrangement. One having to do with the interest rate and the other having to do with the price and terms of an extended warranty I purchased. The next day when I read the contract in detail at home, it did not match what he told me in the office. The other thing that was disappointing was when in response to an email I received from the Sales Manager saying if I had any questions feel free to call. And since I did have a question about the extended warranty, I called. The person who answered the phone and said he was "one of the managers" was so short and abrupt with me, he was rude. He interrupted me three times to say "what do you want" or "what else do you want". I felt like since I'd already purchased a vehicle it was no longer necessary to show me all that great customer-oriented attention to detail I got two days ago that made me feel so good. After all, the vehicle will need servicing and someday I'll need to make another purchase. I'm still a customer and a potential customer.

Absolutely amazing experience with Honda team ! They found exactly what we needed and matched all our requirements to the best possible results. Now we are happy and satisfied new owners of a new car Our sales person Immanuel Barrantes was highly professional and found the best solution to make it happen exactly what we wanted. Took all his time and patience to find out and fit all together. Finance side was represented the best way as well. Louise went through every single paragraph and had open discussions about everything we should be aware of. 10/10 for all Honda team !
