I've always owned old vehicles so I never had to deal with a factory dealer shop for service. However I made an appointment with Keith Ford and stopped in today for that appointment. I was treated kind and serviced quickly by the staff who are obviously very professional. While I was there I witnessed them being verbally abused by customers as though the service team was responsible for all of their problems. Cars have problems - if they're under warranty a good dealer will take care of you with courtesy and professionalism. That is exactly what I got from Key ford. I am grateful to have a good dealer nearby to service my new Ford bronco. By the way they fix things I didn't even know was wrong (I bought the bronco used)
