I bought a used car at Lia Honda. Andrew Woiccak was my salesperson. He was very knowledgable and helped us find the right vehicle for our needs. The whole buying experience went smoothly from start to finish. I do not enjoy the process of looking for a used vehicle so I appreciated Andy being helpful but not pushy. I would recommend asking for Andy if you are looking for a new vehicle.
Not bad, but more of a typical car salesman/dealership experience. I ended up going to and purchasing a very comparable used Honda vehicle that was newer, priced lower, and had no safety or mechanical issues at different brand dealer - one that addressed all of my needs, was more attentive & customer-service oriented vs. sales numbers/bottom-line fixated.
