The sales department was a pleasure to work with Byron Shivers, who went to great lengths to find the exact car that we were looking for. All the staff was pleasant to work with. As far as car deals go, it was relatively easy. Just the usual waiting your turn to get it all signed and finalized. The finance manager Al was helpful with all the warranty information. The dealership was clean and conveniently located. I would definitely recommend them to someone looking for a Lincoln.
