2020 Lincoln Aviator Reserve AWD

The entire staff at this dealership is phenomenal, particularly the head of the service department, Scott Nunley. My husband and I were out of state and got a frantic call from our daughter. She and her college friends had car trouble and were stuck just off the interstate. We were unable to help but were fortunate that this Kia dealership was nearby to call. Scott and staff immediately swooped in to help. He arranged for a tow truck and made sure the girls were safe until another family member could arrive. Then he did an excellent job in repairing the car and making sure the Kia warranty was applied. We hate to think what might have happened to the girls without Scott's assistance that day.
