Everything went well. Chris found out that the company my Husband works with has a car buying program that we knew nothing about. He went out of his way to get us the best deal. Ashley was fun to work with. While riding with us, she showed us all the "fun" stuff in the car and what it does. When we were in the lot, she took the time to show us "neat" tid bits about the vehicle. After the purchase, she took more time to get us set up with our phones and what we can control using our phones. The finance guy...was a hoot. Everyone was just laid back and nice. No pressure AT ALL. Even offered us pizza.

Sales Manager Rich went above and beyond to put the deal together. He was very helpful with payment options and worked very hard to get the deal done. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They knew I was coming quite a ways and had darn near everything ready for when I got there. My salesman, Mason, knew what I wanted and had my car ready and waiting and Rich had all the financial stuff already ran through and waiting. The car was clean and gassed up. They are reasonably priced and have great warranties! I recommend Bill Cole in Ashland to anyone looking for a nice preowned car, just ask for Mason! ????
