Highly recommend. Staff was extremely friendly and Dianne was a God-send. She told me from the beginning she would do everything she could to accommodate my needs. I must say, I was not disappointed! I went in with without my hopes up and walked (or drove, rather) out in a brand new vehicle!! Dianne definitely held up her end of the bargain and I left as one happy customer! Thank you again!

The car buying experience at superior Hyundai in Anniston was phenomenal, hands down best sales manager I have ever seen. The service department on the other hand is pathetic. They take forever and they wipe your vehicle down with dirty oily rags, my wife's windows are all snuggled up and the worst part is all the gouges and scuffs in her brand new paint. They even chipped the paint on the hood somehow. I strongly advise finding another reputable service department other than the Anniston location. Upon calling the service department manager to tell them about what happened he questioned my integrity by saying I have to drive the car all the way back to the shop the very same day within moments of getting home from a 10.5 hour work day and only an hour before they close or there's nothing he can do about it. Steven, may karma bless you ever so kindly with chipped paint and scratches for the rest of your days. You will not see another dime of my money. I'll make sure to keep all my documents of service too so that my warranty isn't void.
