I purchased a 2024 F-250 in mid-June from Jordan by telephone/text messaging. I never went to the dealership. They delivered the truck to me after the purchase was finalized. I drove the truck two weeks and had a warranty issue. I contacted Jordan to let him know the issue I was having with the truck. He had a new loaner truck delivered to my house (2 hours away) and took my truck back to the dealership for repairs. The service department (Kristin) kept me well informed of the progression of the repair. The service technicians completed the repairs quickly and professionally. I can’t say enough good things about Vaughn Ford!! Excellent Sales, Excellent Customer Support, and Excellent Service.

Kristin in the service department was so great to work with. She went above and beyond to help us out. I can’t say enough about her. She communicated with me on everything and tried to help us as much as possible. We really appreciated all of her efforts.
