I'm in a fairly busy part of Monroe; McDonald's, Meijer, Big Lots, Ace Hardware... My friends battery died. Five hours ago. We've been sitting in the parking lot by Harbor Freight for five hours and no one will help us. We've tried to flag down, at least, 17 cars, no one at McDonald's could help (*the only place open.) They turned their heads and kept driving. A police car drove by. He said he couldn't help us, but that he would, "Come back and check on us at some point." That was four hours ago. Forgive me if I sound like I'm whining. I'm not. I don't care that the battery died. I didn't mind the four hours. Not at all. What happened to us? What happened to America? What happened to humanity? I'm not being dramatic. This saddens me. This breaks my heart. My friend and I? We'd give the shirts off our back to anyone. I've actually done that. I'm not joking. And this isn't a "pat on the back." What happened to kindness? One man stopped. Finally. But he didn't have cables. My friend told him, "Thank you so much for stopping because no one else did." He came back 1/2 hour later and gave us a jump (*he's giving us a jump right now...). He told us he worked at Friendly Ford and to stop in, ask for Ryan, and he'd take a look at the battery. I gave him my last $8.00 for gas. He didn't want to take it, but I insisted and gave him a hug. He was kind enough to stop. He was kind enough to come back. God Bless you, Ryan. I wish there were more people like you in the world. There was a time when there were. It's few and far between now. This world just breaks me. It's only getting worse. (*That's Ryan. He's checking the battery ??)

Ask for Andy, he is the only person we will go to for anything Ford related. He truly cares about the customer's needs and has extensive knowledge of availability and pricing. He gave us a personally estimated number that ended up being spot on. Andy O. knows his stuff! He got us into a great new car and took a lot of stress off of our situation. He turned our life around in three days.

Friendly Ford was awesome with the speed of getting my Explorer in fixed and back to me before I could even get on the schedule at other Ford dealership. Dave in service was Outstanding, went above and beyond to make sure we were informed and taken care of. Would definitely recommend Friendly Ford.
