2017 Lincoln MKC Select AWD

I have purchased two vehicles here so far. Both times, it was a great experience. I worked with Shannon B on both sales and there was no pressure at all. SB was able to provide the exact vehicles I wanted and we also settled on very reasonable terms. I left the dealership feeling I received a fair deal. I purchased my 2022 Hyundai Palisade in November of 2023. It looked like the entire dealership was brand new. The staff has been nothing but professional and very helpful answering any of my questions. I live in Charlotte, NC and at first was concerned with the drive to Statesville. It has really turned out much easier to have my service appointments at Flow Hyundai of Statesville. It takes me one hour door to door. The services department is great about knocking out my appointment very quickly. I'm back in my car heading home. So usually 3 hours, but I would rather spend 2 hours driving on the interstate in off peak traffic hours then spending 3+ hours at Charlotte dealership. Even though its closer to home, the dealerships in Charlotte are usually booked out even for a simple oil change 4 weeks. And good luck getting a loaner car in Charlotte while your car is in service. Nope, I'll keep driving to Flow Hyundai of Statesville, I'm happy to deal with their great service.

Shannon and Gary were absolutely amazing to work with. They were patient, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely made an effort to work with us on the purchase of our new Tucson. They made the buying process fun, which I didn’t even think was possible. We would recommend working with them a million times over!
