After 3 days, when I had chosen my vehicle and completed my purchase, they remained readily available through multiple orientations through my vehicle framed around my scheduled, as well as a couple of pop ins to ask questions. They made my purchasing a car experience fun again instead of sitting around waiting for hours to get the paperwork done. It was well organized from meeting with sales, the tech person getting me wired in to the car, the finance person having all the paperwork prepared and the sales manager dropping by to make sure everything was going together.
