Jon and Ryan were absolutely phenomenal. We set up to test drive the vehicle we purchased and after some miscommunication, we ended up working with both of them. They worked very quickly on a Saturday to get us our financing and get us out the door with our new vehicle. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service we received!

I can’t say enough good things about the Service department here!! They charge very reasonable fees for their services, and always try different ways to diagnose things before assuming you have some catastrophic failure of a sensor or expensive part and forcing you to pay a ton to replace it. The Service Writers are super kind and respectful. The waiting area is comfortable. As long as I’m in Marshfield, Gross is the only place I’ll bring my vehicle for service!

Kate was the best sales consultant I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She made our buying experience very smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend anyone go see her for all your new vehicles needs.
