This dealership is the best dealership I have ever been to. I am from out of state and had troubles with my vehicle. The minute I walked into the service department I was greeted with a great attitude and someone who was wanting to help. Tyler M. in service is amazing! He was professional, kind, and productive with his time. He made sure that everything was taken care of for me. The other people I were around were also friendly and kind. Everyone wanted to make sure we were being taken care of. I live 8 hours away and I have never been treated so kindly and professionally by complete strangers. Yesterday I had came into the Apple Valley Lincoln to look at some used vehicles. The sales team representative Derek helped me out finding a car I could get approved for. After a few months of going to over 6 different places with no luck, Derek was able to help me drive out in a used car the same day! He made the process very easy, fast, and transparent. I was able to get help finding a good deal within my budget while keeping extra costs low!
