2015 Lincoln Navigator 4x2

Got my car in right away. Checked it out and got it running again in no time. Appreciated the timely assistance. Appreciated the professional & courtesy service. Transportation was available & timely so I could wait at home. Had an appointment at my home I didn’t have to cancel. The courtesy car (clean vehicle & nice driver) picked me up to go back to get my car. All around great experience.

I have always come to Bluebonnet Lincoln dealership for all the needs of my Lincoln Navigator and it’s never failed to amaze me on the great customer service I have always experienced. I did experience a small issue with a employee, I was calling for oil change which I usually get my vehicle picked up and dropped off which works great vs having to be there for amount of period especially with little ones. She expressed to me that I didn’t qualify for the services anymore, didn’t give much explanation, very short and not friendly. I called back and spoke to Justine in service who heard me out and introduced me to mobile service when they come to your home to do the oil changes. I had no clue! Previous person didn’t even mention it. As you can imagine, what a relief she than passed my information to Melinda who within 1-2hrs already had it scheduled for the following week. It was no hassle, it was so easy. I felt like Justine really hearing me out and finding a solution than Melinda making it happen is what made me continue my service with Bluebonnet Lincoln dealership.

Denise was amazing and super helpful with purchasing my new Lincoln! She made the process fast and easy. She is the person to see! ????
