Highly recommend !!! Friend of ours told us about Thomas & Son when we were in need of a new vehicle . We had previously purchased at CarMax and had an awful experience, so we were very leery about purchasing from a used car lot again. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by friendly , accommodating Andrew and he took wonderful care to show us their large selection of cars, allow us to test drive and gave us very clear information with full transparency. What I liked is they were supportive while not being pushy at all, if you have been to other car lots I know you understand what I mean ( especially as a woman )This place was wonderful and I felt fully comfortable and confident. My family and I ended up choosing a Buick Enclave , I was concerned about financing as we were there on a Saturday (most banks are closed )and I'm self employed so my finances are a bit more complicated. This was no issue at all , I got approved with a very reasonable rate , they even adjusted the price of the vehicle , and I paid very little down. paperwork signing was quick and painless , everyone in the office was so kind and friendly to our family. I absolutely love my car Will definitely be back for any service needs and future cars we purchase. Seriously look no further , this place is the BEST !!
