2018 Lincoln Navigator Select

I had always avoided dealerships in the past. But after the experience I had here. I will exclusively do business with Hogan and vanguard gmc. Me and my wife have been looking for a new car. Found one we loved online and inquired. Hogan reached out to us imedialty. And took a really awesome video of the vehicle. And answered all the questions I had. He felt like a friend selling me a car. Not a salesmen. At no part of the process did we have any pressure, nor did he talk non stop in a sales pitch. Just an honest group of people giving you the information you need and want. Me and my wife drove 4-1/2 hours to pickup our new gmc Acadia. It was detailed and waiting for us. Paper work was quick. And the process was great. Me and my wife both agree. We will be driving 4-1/2 hours back when we decide we need another vehicle. I don’t think I need to say much more than that.
