2018 Lincoln Navigator Select

I had a very impressionable visit when I stepped on this Kia lot. From the moment I got out my vehicle I was greeted. While I was in the market for shopping for another vehicle I did not expect to actually leave with one that day! I got my dream vehicle “Kia Telluride 2024” top of the line! I had the pleasure of having Ashely as my salesman and she was amazing! I loved our conversations and how relatable she was which made the whole process even smoother. She listened well to what I wanted my payments to look like and did her best to get me as close to my goal. Additional bonus was the customer service rep Tanya. She has a very warm and welcoming spirit and came to check in several times as I was going through the process of purchasing my Telluride. Almost felt as if we had crossed paths before. I say all this to say I appreciate the family oriented vibe this establishment gave me. I have never in my life been to a dealership where this amount of professionalism and welcomeness was provided it was almost overwhelming. But THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I had an amazing experience at Vanguard Kia of Arlington. The customer service was outstanding, and the Kia Telluride was exactly what I was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I received from my salesman Blake, he was amazing. He helped me get my vehicle set up on the Kia app and was very patient with me while I learned how to manuever through all of the new things that this vehicle is capable of doing. He wasn't pushy and he never tried to sell me something that I didn't ask for. Marcus in financing was great as well. He was very thorough with the paperwork process and explained how everything worked with the warranties. He answered all of our questions so that we wouldn't leave confused or with unanswered questions. I truly recommend this business if you're in the market for a new vehicle. They went above and beyond to help us make the perfect purchase.
