The staff at First Team Toyota went above and beyond in making sure my first vehicle purchase was a resounding success. I didn't have too much of an idea on what I wanted, but Jeff on the sales team helped guide me to a fantastic Tacoma TRD Sport. He made sure to ask thoughtful questions and provided the right level of care and attention to any concerns I had throughout the entire purchasing process. Once I settled on the Tacoma, getting the financing straightened out honestly felt like a breeze. Jeff and the general manager, Nick, were extremely helpful in getting a deal together. Once the terms were in place, Steve from finance made sure I understood everything clearly and completely, taking time to answer any questions I had. While all that was going on, Jeff was still taking care of me in making sure my new truck was ready to go. All told, I was extremely impressed by how well the staff at First Team Toyota supports each other in taking care of a potential customer. Buying a car for the first time can be a nerve-wracking experience, but with First Team, you're never left hanging, and you never feel like your needs aren't worth their time. First Team Toyota has always been top notch. Sales staff is informed and very helpful in answering your questions. They go above and beyond to make sure you get the vehicle your interested in and take the time to test drive the car then spend time to go over everything you need to know. But the service department is where they shine. Very quick to greet you as you drive in for what ever you services need are. My service advisor is Miranda Godfrey. I’ve known and used her for many many years. She stands out head and shoulders above all the rest. She is always ready to answer my questions. If she don’t have the answer she will get it. Always follows up with me on the status of the car, how soon I should be there to pick it up when it’s near completion. Miranda is the best service advisor I’ve ever used. She makes the sometimes dreadful service trip quite Simple and stress less. She is truly the one to ask for when service or needed. Miranda Godfrey is a true asset to First Team Toyota. The need more employees like her. Don’t think they could find one though. She is AAA+++ in her position. Ask for her next time. You won’t be disappointed.
