Love our new Lincoln though....highly recommend this Ford 'luxury' vehicle -our Corsair Reserve! Also VERY PLEASED with the Certified Pre-Owned Team and the Detail-Cleanup Team! They did awesome! Hope this review helps motivate our salesman to improve! Never promise to follow-up or follow-through (especially adding a timeline) you do not intend on meeting-exceeding. I bought about 12 cars over the past 15 years at Tennessee/Lincoln and today. This was the best experience ever. Dave was my salesman who I called to make sure that the vehicle is still available and if the price was correct as advertised on the Internet website. After verification of the fax, I drove to the dealership love the car, love the trade-in price they offered me for my old Lincoln.
