Morgan, customer service manager actually came back to work (she was 15 minutes away) after 6p to retrieve our Mama Ford for my wife. She has been a huge help throughout our repairs and able to get everything taken care of professionally and back to normal. Saw Austin tonight and he’s always pleasant and enjoy catching up with him. Thank you Austin for our awesome purchase back in 2021! Thank you Phil Long (mr. Barton) for hiring experts in their fields. And love Maverick and Goose! Sweet babies… And the mobile service! What an amazing experience! I can’t say enough nice things about the people, the process and those beautiful, huge dogs - my favorite part!! A really BIG shout out to Petey, Anthony and Max for making my husband a new truck owner! Kudos Phil Long!!

I drove through town and was way due for my oil change. Although it was the afternoon and I had no appointment, they were able to help me out. Shout out to Christian who was nice, efficient and very helpful. Comfortable waiting room and clean space (although I got too late to get some coffee). My only “complaint” would be that the oil change was somewhat more expensive than at my regular ford dealer back home.
