2017 Lincoln MKC Reserve AWD

Recently bought a work van from Dormans. They were good to deal with and straight to the point. Allowed me to take it to my local mechanic to have it checked out which I appreciated. They have reached out a couple of times since I bought the van to see how it was going. Was a hassle free buying experience from a dealership, would recommend them!

The finance department was fantastic as well, walking me through every step and making sure I fully understood all my options. They went above and beyond to get me the best possible deal.

So my truck got totaled during the snowstorm, and I had to get a replacement vehicle. John was extremely helpful every step of the way and made my purchase as easy as possible. Dormans auto has a very nice selection of high quality vehicles and their staff is professional and very helpful. I’ve also noticed their fees are the lowest around and they don’t have xtra fees just to make money off you. Again everyone here is amazing from the Manager Lou to their representatives like Tony Domonte and sales representatives John Dubois. I highly recommend Dorman’s auto as they are 2nd to none .
