Service department personnel were very accommodating. I dropped my QX50 off for a state inspection, received a loaner car, and was out of there within 10 minutes. At the end of the day I picked up my car, paid the bill, again all quickly and efficiently. The advisor and the loaner personnel couldn’t have been more informative or nicer. Great experience.
