2014 Nissan Pathfinder SV 2WD

I bought my Hyundai Sonata from Mesa Luxury. Tony was really helpful and informative about all the details that I asked for. I really liked his response time and willingness to take care of the customer. I asked him if I can get the car checked by my mechanic and he agreed to that, which shows that he had confidence in what he was selling. The best part of the warranty that he suggested me while I was buying the car. So, the car was working perfectly fine for 5-6 months and then it suddenly started giving transmission issue (which are hard to determine even by the mechanics, so there is no way any of us new that it might happen). But fixing this required $6000 cost and the warranty that Tony had suggested me was super nice that they covered the entire cost other than negligible deductible. And, Tony was helpful from the first day when my car started giving this issue. Basically, Tony is a great guy and they provide really good customer service.

Tony was very consistent about keeping open communication over the phone, and when we got together in person he was very kind and professional. Not to mention; the office and car lot was very clean and organized, making the transaction easier for me because I was in a comfortable environment. Tony was upfront about the price and any history and answered all of my questions. I would recommend my friends to shop here.

Tony and Sid are the best!! They took such good care of me and made the process effortless. Great communication and they felt like the first people who were being honest with me in the car buying process. When the actual day came, I was in and out in about an hour and a half. It was so easy, will be sending all of my friends their way and cannot recommend enough.
