Go see Derrick!!! He was a great person to work with on getting me a truck. He was very responsive, had a great attitude, and was upfront and honest. I didn't feel like I was being sold anything but rather guided through the car buying experience. The deal and everything was very quick (because who likes to be at a dealership all day), but didn't feel rushed. Derrick followed up with me and made sure everything was good. This is the second vehicle that we have purchased at Benson Nissan over the past year. It was a very pleasant experience both times. The first experience was with Tommy Thorpe and it was a great experience. This time, Tommy was with a customer when we arrived, therefore, Aurelio Martinez stepped in and helped us through the process. About half way through, Tommy stepped in and both he and Aurelio walked us through the process. After we had completed the process, Billy Floyd helped to finish the financing paperwork. Two thumbs up for the entire process.

Would highly recommend this dealership! I'm very picky about dealerships and do not like to waste time, but this place did not give me that issue and went above and beyond to make my experience go smoothly. I worked with Dylan and Derrick on purchasing a vehicle, and they both were super friendly and helpful! Derrick made sure I was 100% comfortable with my purchase before leaving the dealership.
