We just wanted to share a good experience we had with Zach Kundinger in sales & Lamar Ballard in the finance department. On July 5th 2024 our vehicle went down. We needed replacement. We liked the reputation of Volkswagen. Ultimately decided to purchase a used Jetta. Zach was able to assist with all the details regarding the sale. Lamar allowed everything to run smooth. We also had a minor service detail to work out after the fact. Nick in service worked with us to correct any issue that was fixed within a day! I’d recommend Ewald.

Ewald went above and beyond for me! After a bad experience with a 2017 Jeep grand Cherokee 3.6, which I do not believe is necessarily the dealers fault, I think it just sorta happened. While a little more communication would have been nice, we were able to strike a good deal on a 2018 Jeep grand Cherokee summit 5.7 and I am absolutely loving it so far. They took the 2017 in on trade for exactly what we paid. (Which that alone is awesome because they didn’t HAVE to do that!) Robbie our salesman is an awesome dude and really fun to talk to, and was a big part in helping us thru all of this! Kristen in service is very nice and polite and you can go to her for any concern and she will go to bat for you. Mike G and the service team provided great service as he had a gentleman drop off all of my stuff from the old jeep, including my license plate and my caliper covers to my house! I greatly appreciate this you guys! Now that is service! Lastly, their finance guy JR, works fast and is a great dude overall and was extremely helpful during the process! Thank you so much for making this right Ewald! And a big thank you to all that were involved! You’ve got a happy customer!
