We live in Michigan and didn’t want to drive into the unknown when buying a vehicle from out of state. The Sienna had a CARFAX and I knew most of what I needed. Max is easy to deal with and answered all my questions honestly and promptly without pressure. I got preapproved and we drove to see it. The Sienna drove well and within 2 hours we were driving back home with our brand-new used Sienna! No pressure for add-ons, Scott the finance fella was great.
