Being that I live in New York this vehicle was quite a distance away from me as I purchased the vehicle out of their dealership located in Milan, Indiana. Mike O. Was my sales representative. He was excellent sent photos and really gave me a virtual tour of the vehicle , even crawled under the car, and took a video of the undercarriage for me. he pointed out every blemish he or I could find ..he showed transparency and willingness to help me make the right purchase. I’m also a working automotive mechanic and have regular access to a lift for personal use.. I inspected the vehicle shortly after its delivery and I assure they were true an honest about the vehicles condition. the vehicle is in excellent condition for its age . If you’re buying out of state sight unseen, I would recommend them to anyone! Honest people.

A great car buying experience! Cory Ferman is very pleasant to deal with, and is very knowledgeable! They had an IMMACULATE 2016 Cummins with the 6-speed manual. I was in and out quickly. A quick painless buy. Cory doesn’t try to up-sell you on things you don’t want (like some bigger dealers) I will continue to buy cars from Tom Tepe Autocenter.
