Let me start off by saying I was going back and forth communicating with dealerships me and Mr. Ulysses Gee Were going back and forth through email. I finally said I was going to go with Steele south loop Hyundai that’s the direction God took me to when I arrived I spoke with Ulysses he got the process going for a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe he showed me one immediately fell in love I was nervous because I never have gotten approved for a brand new car before but Ulysses and his team made it happen I drove off with a brand new car. Ulysses had great customer service throughout the process, answered all my questions, guided me through the whole process, and worked fast. Ulysses was awesome and I recommend anyone to go to south loop Hyundai and get a vehicle ask for Ulysses to work with you, you will thank me at the end.

If you go in for service ask for Armando! Had an engine failure. Armando jumped through all of the hoops that the factory held up and made sure I got my engine replaced under warranty. 5 stars for him! However my faith in the BRAND has been a bit shaken. But I’ll keep the focus on the dealer. If you do need to leave your vehicle be sure to empty EVERYTHING. The only real issue and the reason for the rating is that my car evidently was gone through on the lot. Nothing actually stolen but the effort was made. Armando offered to help straighten out the cargo area with me but I was just glad nothing was missing.
