I’m reviewing the service department as I took my VW in for its 30k maintenance. Making an appointment online was simple and streamlined. Easy to change the appointment too. Everyone at the Dealership and Service Department was friendly and welcoming. I waited while service was performed. Nice ample waiting areas with drinks and snacks provided.

Mr. William was very knowledgeable and patient with me while helping me decide on my new family vehicle. He even came in on his day off for me to view a few vehicles again before making a final decision. He and Ms. Vicki both were awesome!! They didn't have the exact vehicle that I wanted but after making a few phones calls, Ms. Vicki made it happen and got me exactly what I wanted, delivered the very next day!! Thanks so much you guys, I absolutely love my new Atlas!
