Brian is the man to see if shopping for a new or used vehicle. I had a great experience at hertrich ford of Milford, with no credit history my expectations were low but working with Brian was the best, not your typical car salesman he was friendly, hard working and truly dedicated. Having worked with a different car salesman previously who after the first credit denial seemed as though he could care less, I came across Brian and I instantly felt as though I wasn’t just a sale or commission he truly cared about helping me out and putting in the work to get me into the car I wanted, I left with my SUV feeling great about the entire process. I truly can’t thank him enough! Christian the manager was also wonderful in going over the financial paperwork making sure I understood everything with no questions left to ask. I have nothing but great things to say about these guys and will only be shopping with them in the future.
