Bought a car from Audi Fort Collins not too long ago, and it was probably the most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had. The team there was friendly but not pushy, and they offered us a good price on the car we were looking at with numbers/terms that worked well for us. We did not encounter any of the pain points typically associated with a car purchase, and the transaction went about as quickly and seamlessly as I think it could have gone. Everybody we worked with, from Phil and Adolf in sales, to Roy in finance and Jade in post-sales were incredibly pleasant and professional. We were cross shopping a variety of brands, and the dealership experience at Audi Fort Collins was definitely a factor in choosing an Audi.

Best car buying experience ever. My wife and I were looking at various options for an electric car since our commute has become so short. We had visited numerous dealerships and looked at multiple brands of electric cars. Came to Audi Fort Collins to just see what the Audi options were. Darren Sussman had just finished up working with a client and offered his assistance and expertise on what options were available. He is very knowledgeable about the cars he sells. We didn't know much about the Audi and he was very helpful explaining the choices. It was close to the end of the day and the store was closing soon but he never rushed us and even stayed late to make sure we had the information we were looking for. He was so helpful the we ended up buying the Q8 etron the following week. The service from everybody was great and Darren made it the best car buying experience ever. If you are thinking about an Audi go talk to Darren, he will treat you great.

Just had my Audi Q5e in for it's 20k service which has been my third service experience. I was extremely happy with the sales experience, and am now happy to report that I've had three A+ service experiences with the dealership as well. Highly recommend.
